Your Questions, My Answers

Where does the training take place?
The majority of my clients are from Stamford, Peterborough and the surrounding villages.  For this reason I have 4 different gym bases plus various outside venues to play in.  You are welcome to take your training in any of these locations without having to be a member. So if you are a member of another gym, then you can still have your PT with me without worrying about extra membership fees.

In Stamford I use Rhino's Gymnasium and Westside Health & Fitness.   Rhino's has an incredible functional fitness area, incorporating Kettle Bells, Viprs, a TRX rig, monkey bars, even a sprint track.  Westside has Kettle Bells and TRX. Both gyms provide for more traditional weights based training too. Ample free parking.

In Peterborough I have 2 bases;

The Fitness Station a privately owned gym in the heart of the city,  it has the full range of cardio equipment, along with a variety of free weights, cables, TRX, Vipr, Kettlebells, and more! Free parking is available on site.

I also use another smaller privately owned gym, FeelGood Fitness which again has all the equipment I need to get the most out of you!  It has the added benefit of a ladies only suite.

Again free parking on site

Am I a professional trainer?

Personal Training is my full time job, there are no distrations caused by having another role/job somewhere else.  I take my role as your fitness trainer very seriously and my professionalism is second to none.  All information exchanged between us is confidential.  There are a selection of testimonials to view and further references are always available.

Check out the “About Me“ page for more details on my biography.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.

Of course you can train alone..... you probably already are.... something must be amiss with your training to have bought you to my web site in a search for a PT though.

Are you really getting the results you set out to achieve?

As a PT it is my role to develop you, your training and your knowledge as to why you are doing what you are, and what you need to do in the future, not just to stay "fit" but to live a long and healthy life too.

How often do I have to train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week.

Once you have reached your desired goal then you can move onto a maintenance role, with sessions once or twice a month.
