Pilates is dependent on your needs, generic Pilates is in the wonderful Stamford Yoga Studio on Broad Street, these are mixed ability classes offering a good all round workout every week. Once a quarter I teach a Saturday afternoon Absolute Beginners Workshop. (These classes are booked via the SY website)
Specific Pilates is provided at The Broad Street Practice Studio also found on Broad Street. Here the classes are booked by blocks/courses and are aimed at ladies who would like a little extra help with their Pelvic Floor.
