Outdoors?? !!

Maybe training inside is not your thing?  This area is blessed with some great parks and countryside to exercise in.  Training outside can bring a new element into your exercise routines - I am not talking weather here! - when outside there is lots to distract your senses, fresh air, uneven surfaces all make it more fun and when you have finished, you feel exhilerated.


Using dynabands and what nature has left us - tree trunks, ditches etc along with benches, bridges you can get an effective workout.  


Not all your sessions need to be outside.
